1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to NextChapter, operated by NexaFlowTech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading our mobile application or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. User Eligibility

To register an account on NextChapter, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must be an Indian resident or Non-Resident Indian (NRI).
• You must be legally single: Divorced, Legally Separated, or Widowed. Individuals in active undivorced marriages are strictly ineligible.
• You must not have been convicted of any violent or sexual crime, nor registered as a sex offender.

3. Truthful Representation & Verification

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during profile creation. Intentionally misrepresenting your marital status, uploading fake photographs, or impersonating another individual will result in immediate, non-refundable account termination and potential legal reporting under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

4. Code of Conduct & Safety Rules

NextChapter is built on dignity, respect, and mutual empathy. You agree NOT to:

• Send offensive, abusive, sexually explicit, defamatory, or harassing messages.
• Solicit money, financial aid, investments, or engage in commercial activity/scams.
• Upload photos or content depicting nudity, violence, or minors.
• Share another user’s contact details, photos, or personal communications without explicit consent.
• Use automated bots, web scrapers, or scripts to access or extract app data.

5. Paid Subscriptions & Refund Terms

NextChapter offers optional premium subscription tiers providing enhanced features (such as advanced filters and unlimited match interactions):

• Billing: Premium features are billed via official Google Play Billing in accordance with Play Store payment policies.
• 7-Day Refund Window: Users may request a full refund within 7 days of initial subscription purchase if premium features were not utilized, by contacting support@nexaflowtech.com.
• Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via Google Play Store subscriptions menu to prevent auto-renewal.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, design assets, software code, logos, and UI elements of NextChapter are the exclusive intellectual property of NexaFlowTech Private Limited. Users retain ownership of their personal profile text and uploaded photos, granting NextChapter a limited license to host and display them for service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

NextChapter serves as a digital platform for meaningful introductions. While we conduct mobile and liveness identity checks, we do not conduct background criminal checks or guarantee offline outcomes. Users are strongly advised to practice safety precautions when meeting matches offline.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
