1. Dignity & Empathy Above All

Every member on NextChapter carries their own life experience. We expect all members to communicate with maturity and kindness:

• Respect individual boundaries and comfort levels regarding past relationship discussions.
• Never judge or shame members for being divorced, widowed, or separated.
• Engage in conversations at a pace comfortable for both participants.

2. Zero Tolerance for Harassment & Hate Speech

We take swift administrative action against discriminatory or hostile behavior:

• No Harassment: Unwanted persistent messages, stalking, slurs, threats, or intimidation will result in instant account ban.
• No Hate Speech: Content attacking individuals based on caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or regional origin is strictly forbidden.

3. Authenticity & Zero Financial Scams

To ensure real connections, authenticity is strictly mandatory:

• Do not post fake photos, stolen portraits, or misleading personal information.
• Financial Fraud Ban: Solicitations for money, emergency loans, cryptocurrency transfers, or financial transactions are prohibited. Any user requesting money will be reported to cyber crime authorities.

4. Single Parents & Children Protection

Many of our members are single parents rebuilding their lives:

• Children's information is strictly private by default.
• Never ask inappropriate questions about a member's children or demand photos of minors.
• Any inappropriate conduct involving children will trigger an immediate permanent ban and law enforcement escalation.

5. Content Moderation & Reporting

Members can report violations directly inside the application by tapping the Report Profile or Block User button on any profile or chat screen.

Reported profiles are reviewed by our 24/7 moderation team within 2 hours. Severe violations result in immediate device-ID level permanent bans.
