2. Prohibition of CSAM & CSAE

Any account attempting to post, share, store, transmit, or solicit Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) will experience immediate, automated account termination, hardware device bans, and immediate law enforcement reporting.

3. Automated Moderation & AI Safeguards

We deploy automated content scanning technologies across all photo uploads and communications:

• Image Hashing & Scanning: All profile photos are screened using automated image moderation filters (Google Cloud Vision & PhotoDNA hashing) to detect known CSAM prior to public display.
• Real-Time Chat Safeguards: In-app messages are continuously monitored via automated text filters for child exploitation terminology or suspicious patterns.

4. Protection Standards for Single Parents

Because NextChapter serves mature adults, many members are single parents rebuilding their lives. We enforce strict privacy and protection standards regarding family information:

• Members are strictly forbidden from uploading clear, identifiable photos of minors/children on their public profile.
• Children's information (names, schools, ages) is kept confidential by default.
• Any inappropriate inquiry or behavior directed towards a member's children is treated as a critical violation resulting in an instant permanent ban.

5. Mandatory Reporting & Law Enforcement Cooperation

NexaFlowTech Private Limited fully complies with Indian statutory obligations under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, Information Technology Rules, and international child safety standards:

• Law Enforcement Escalation: Confirmed CSAM/CSAE cases are immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
• Data Preservation: Relevant log data, IP addresses, and account details are preserved and handed over to law enforcement authorities upon receipt of official legal notice.
